Inspiration

Our creations embody the soul of Venetian heritage, drawing inspiration from its iconic symbols and embracing the essence of this vibrant culture.

The idea of creating a dial capable of capturing the essence of absolute black led us to use Musou Black™, an extraordinary paint capable of absorbing 99.4% of light. This choice sparked a complex and fascinating journey to adapt the material to the requirements of watchmaking.

The design of this timepiece is inspired by the Arsenale of Venice, the ancient shipyard that for centuries represented the heart of technological innovation in the Serenissima. Arsenale combines classic finishes with a bold, modern design, creating a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Its ultra-thin 8.95mm case and integrated bracelet, featuring satin-finished links with polished details, make it an elegant and contemporary model.

In the long history of exploration and travel, few figures have managed to capture the collective imagination like Marco Polo. Born in Venice in 1254, Marco Polo is known for being one of the first Europeans to deeply explore the Orient and to document his experiences in great detail. His work, The Travels of Marco Polo, represents a fascinating window into a world that, for many Westerners, was shrouded in mystery.
