Aventurine is a difficult material to master due to the copper crystals that are inserted into the molten glass and evenly distributed during the slow cooling process. To create components with a high degree of precision, Aventurine is cold-cut, like a hard stone. Today, the production of this material remains very limited due to its complexity and the significant know-how required.
It is said that in the 14th century, the name "aventurine" derived from the term "adventure," indicating an uncertain and risky operation. In fact, the Venetian glassmakers who first produced aventurine did so by accident, spilling copper fragments into a blue glass paste. From 1644 onwards, the processing technique was codified, and Venetian aventurine artifacts soon became the most prized of the era. The lithograph represents a visit by the Doge to the workshops on the island of Burano, the production district for this glass.
The deep black of aventurine, speckled with a constellation of tiny fragments of light, evokes the dense mystery of the stars and the darkness of the cosmos. The dial's construction is completed with ingot-shaped indices filled with Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9 luminescent pigment.

With a thickness of only 10.4mm, our new 39mm Nereide combines elegance and practicality. Thanks to the thin and reliable automatic V3250 caliber, this watch stands out for its sleek and refined silhouette. The black aventurine dial makes this model extremely distinctive. Completed with a tungsten bezel insert, resistant and scratch-proof, the 39mm Nereide offers a perfect balance between form and function.
Produced in the Swiss facilities of Soprod SA, the V3250 is an automatic movement based on the M100 caliber architecture. The elaborate skeletonization of the new rhodium-plated rotor—designed to further enhance the movement's details—contrasts with the essential sandblasted decoration of the bridges, making the V3250 a movement with a refined and modern aesthetic.
The V3250 caliber arrives at our laboratory, where it undergoes further regulation to improve its precision. The movement is adjusted to a range of -4/+6 seconds per day, achieving a very high level of performance, in line with haute horlogerie standards.
The 39mm Nereide case embodies simple elegance and quality. With satin and polished finishes, it represents a perfect balance between refinement and practicality. This watch comfortably fits the wrist, adding a touch of style to any setting, whether sporty or elegant.
